SHIPPING
We currently ship to the United States only. We do not ship to any address where UPS, FedEx or USPS cannot deliver.
Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from the time order is placed and payment is received. Depending on the shipping method chosen, order can take up to 14 business days to reach their destination. If "Free Shipping" is the only available shipping method, please contact us prior to placing an order if you require your product sooner.
Sales Tax
All orders shipped to an address in Ohio will be charged sales tax at a rate of 7.0%.
RETURNS
No returns without an RMA number will be accepted. When you receive your RMA number, it will include the correct address to send the return. Original shipping and return shipping charges are not refundable or reimbursable for any reason. Also, please note that we cannot accept returns without the original manufacturer packaging all related materials.
Defective Items
Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Any claims of defective items after the 30 day return period MUST be addressed with the respective manufacturer.
Non-Defective Item
All non-defective items may be returned for 30 days after the date of delivery. Opened or used items will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Opened items must be in resellable condition and have all original manufacturer packaging and related materials. A restocking fee of 50% will be charged for any non-defective products that are returned that are not in resellable condition.
